For nearly 12 years now, Jas Grewal has been blazing a path for himself in the custom fabrication industry. Anyone who has met Jas can agree that his passion for metal fabrication and design gives his work more of a craftsmanship quality than just a finished product.
Jas is currently a fully Insured and certified red seal welder through the ITA. He also has a Certification through the Canadian Welding Bureau for Welding pressure pipe and structural welding. In 2012, Jas Grewal started his own company called Great West Welding without advertising or marketing. Majority of his clients were referrals from previous work he had done. He has worked though out the truck and trailer industry from manufacturing products such as, fenders, tanks, racks toolboxes to repairing truck and trailer equipment.
Later on in his career, Jas had ventured into the concrete and aggregate industry. He worked on many different types of equipment, from silo repairs to rock crushers to large pit loaders and excavators and large drags down to simple bucket repairs. Jas worked for large corporations and also, family-owned and operated plants. This provided him with knowledge on how to do the job efficiently with cost-saving measures.
